Pinot Noir from selected vineyards, fermented at a controlled temperature.
Every year a limited edition, dedicated to an opera by Donizetti. The label is inspired by the opera "Pietro il grande, Kzar delle russie".
Descrizione
Bright ruby red with violet highlights. The nose opens with notes of red fruit, cherry, aromatic herbs, spices, and chocolate, leading into an intense floral finish. Fresh on the entry to the palate with good acidity, structured with juicy tannins. Excellent now, with great aging potential.
Aging / Maturation
In 225-liter oak barriques, followed by long bottle aging.
