Our first red wine with no added sulfites, but made with plenty of passion: a 100% Merlot.
Descrizione
Deep ruby red with violet highlights. The nose features characteristic vinous aromas reminiscent of fresh fruit, cherry, and plum. Fresh, harmonious, and velvety on the entry to the palate.
Aging / Maturation
Aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 to 8 months, during which it undergoes malolactic fermentation.
Pairings / Food Matching
Pairs well with fresh cheeses, mildly spiced cured meats, and roasted meats.
