Bright ruby red in color, with an intense, ethereal bouquet featuring distinctive fruity notes of black cherry, wild berries, and spices. Dry and well-balanced on the palate, with excellent length and a smooth finish.
Aging / Maturation
Aged for at least one year in oak vats, tonneaux, and barriques.
Pairings / Food Matching
Pairs well with red meat and game, including feathered game. Excellent with medium-aged cheeses.
