Every year a limited edition, dedicated to an opera by Donizetti. The label is inspired by the opera "Zoraida di Granada."
Descrizione
Medium-intensity ruby red with bright red highlights that denote the extreme youth of the wine. The nose opens with notes of red fruit, cherry, blueberry, frankincense, cocoa, and spices. The palate reveals great freshness and verticality.
Aging / Maturation
In 225-liter oak barriques, followed by long bottle aging.

Feathered game, roasted red meats, and rich, full-fat cheeses.
