Every year a limited edition, dedicated to an opera by Donizetti. The label is inspired by the opera "Enrico di Borgogna."
Descrizione
Deep ruby red that denotes the extreme youth of the wine. On the nose, it opens with notes of red fruit and cherry, alongside hints of vanilla, licorice, and cinnamon. The palate highlights beautiful acidity and silky tannins that allow for early drinking.
Aging / Maturation
In 225-liter oak barriques, followed by long bottle aging.
